School in Sölden

The primary and secundary school in Sölden was built in the 1970 and was opened in autumn 1971. The class included all in all 46 pupils, which was legally the Maximum.
Because of the lack of teachers there was no spliting of the class possible.

Die Hauptschule Sölden wurde in den Jahren 1970 / 71 erbaut und konnte im Herbst 1971 den Betrieb mit einer Klasse und 46 Schülern aufnehmen. Der damals große Lehrermangel ließ eine Teilung nicht zu.

But time has changed. Nowadays there are 8 classes divided in two classes per year with 180 pupils and 19 teachers!
 

Elementary School Huben

The pupils of the elementary school in Huben profit of the huge "playing area" outside. There is a climbingwall as well.

Polytecnical School Ötztal

The "Poly" is situated in the center of the Oetztal - Längenfeld. The teachers want to prepare the 14-15 year old pupils for the upcoming apprenticeship.

All lot of practical subjects help them to find out which profession they want to become in future.

Elementary School Dorf

The small school is connected with the Kindergarden. In this school, the pupils have a huge place outside to hang around and play games. During the breaks every pupil need to go outside and take a deep breath!

The school is on the first floor, the Kindergarden on the second.
