Area47: ultimate outdoor playground

After years and years of planning Hansi Neuner the CEO of the Area 47 is seeing his dream of a second to none outdoor area come true.

The ambitous businessman and outdoor fan has already realized serveral successfull projects and businesses in the area. Always aiming higher and bigger he found influential investors and partners for the AREA 47: Red Bull, Adidas, KTM,  the Soelden Ski Lift Company and the Stiegl Brewery.

The positive impact of a project of this scale for the local tourism industry and general economy is enormous.

Hans Neuner, CEO and planner, outlines his vision: “We want AREA 47 to be Europe's trendiest, craziest and sportiest playground for visitors of every age group.”

No matter if you are into adventure sports like rafting, or canyoning or into all kinds of water sports like canyooing, if you want to jump into the water on a KTM bike, go rock climbing, play beach volleyball, soccer, basketball. At area 47 they got it all. As well as an amazing event hall for concerts, great catering and accommodation (tepees, Tyrolean Lodges) and for sure – an army of motivated guide.
