Iceclimbing in Umhausen

In Umhausen there are two different Nature Waterfalls, which promis fun, action and routes with divers difficulties. Nevertheless visitors should have climbed once before.

Waterfall 1:
Description: Nice Waterfall with a difficult final
Difficulty: WI 2/5+
Multi Ropes: 3-4 pitches; 70 - 190 m High
Parking: Elementary School Tumpen
ascent: Follow the way till you arrive a small farm. Then take a left and then straight ahead to the Waterfall. (ca. 30 min)
Descent: rappel down the route. Iceclocks and tress will be a help. You can also find a way across the wood (not easy)
Routenames: Spider, El Gringo, Fix und Foxi, Meister Propper

Waterfall 2:
Description: Waterfall climbing
Difficulty: WI 4+
Multi ropes: ca 6 pitches; 240 m Hight
Parking: Parking Sportclimbing Climbing Engelswand
Ascent: Go to the Climbing area Engelswand, pass the area and go across the Wood till you arrive at the Waterfall (ca. 30 min)
Descent: rappel down the rout with iceclocks and trees.
