Tobogganing in Niederthai in the Oetztal

Niederthai is a small village above Umhausen, surrounded by a beautiful valley one finds gorgeous tracks for unlimited tobogganing.

The hike takes about two hours - first form Niederthai to the "Larstig Alm" (Larstig alpine hut) and then up to the "Schweinfurter Huette" (Schweinfurter alpine hut) - where you can enjoy traditional Tyrolean food and regional specialities.

The hut opens every year in February. The tobogganing track is 7 kilometers long, the longest in the Oetz Valley.
