The via ferrata in Umhausen-Niederthai with 450 m climbing length longs for agility and unafraidness of hights. The via ferrata leads along the rock from Niederthai up to the small "rest stop". After that you climb directly beside the cascade. Venturous climbers have here the possibility to cross the "Stuiben" on a wire. Look on the 159 m high cascade from a different perspective. The simpler route is on the left side, where you get to the descent.

Difficulty/equipment
Difficulty level C (average). Greatest part in difficulty level B, two small overhangs with level C. So the via ferrata Stuibenfall is perfect for beginners and families. For kids there are a lot of step assists. So kids at the age 10+ can enjoy climbing without any problem.

300 m difference in altitude and 450 m length. About 3 hours, with descent 3,5 - 4 hours.
