Ötztal Gift Card
§ 1
Shipping
The Ötztal Gift Card is only shipped within Austria and can only be redeemed at participating businesses in the Ötztal.
§ 2
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
§ 3
Due date
Payment of the purchase price plus packaging and shipping costs is due upon delivery of the goods. For the packaging will be charged an additional € 5, - per order.
§ 4
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is in Silz. For further questions we are at your disposal!
