For many centuries, s'Tyrolia was a feature of Zwieselstein’s townscape. The farmhouse, some 600 years old, was a living piece of Tyrolean history – until it was lost to fire on 23 February 2025.

In 2026, Chalet s’Tyrolia was rebuilt on this special site. Not as a replica of the past, but as a high-quality private chalet that combines the history and character of the old house with a modern Alpine lifestyle.

Today, s’Tyrolia is a private retreat for families and friends of up to 12 people – on the quiet outskirts of Zwieselstein, at 1,470 metres above sea level and right at the foot of the 3,163-metre-high local mountain, the Nederkogel. Surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Ötztal valley.

The location uniquely combines a central position with tranquillity: Zwieselstein lies between Sölden, Gurgl and Vent. The bus stop is just around 120 metres from the chalet, providing convenient access to the surrounding ski and hiking areas.

Modern design down to the last detail: a private solar panel system supports the chalet’s sustainable energy supply. The Loxone smart home system controls key functions intelligently and conveniently – from access to a pleasant indoor climate, efficient energy use and modern living comfort throughout your stay.

In winter, you can reach the ski resorts easily by the free ski bus. In summer, hikes and mountain adventures begin practically on your doorstep. The location right on the E5 long-distance hiking trail is particularly appealing – ideal for hikers, nature lovers and anyone wishing to actively explore the Ötztal valley.
