The central location of our house offers both in winter and summer the perfect starting point for your vacation with various activities in nature.

Our goal is to provide you with a beautiful - all-around carefree vacation. Our wonderful apartments, the numerous summer and winter activities, the exquisite cuisine, the small but fine wellness offer and last but not least our team is always trying to make your vacation as perfect as possible.
All our apartments are of high quality and equipped with that certain something. Nevertheless, each apartment is individual and the layouts and dimensions vary, so we can offer the right one for you. We will be happy to advise you personally on the choice for your family or friends! In total we offer 10 apartments from 1-6 persons.

ÖTZTAL INSIDE SUMMER CARD included - in summer 2022
Use all mountain railroads and lifts as well as public buses and hiking buses in the Ötztal for free during the validity period (28.05. to 02.10.2022). Free entries to various museums, swimming pools, lakes, Water Area of AREA 47 and much more are another highlight of the Summer Card. The card is included in the accommodation price!

Summer in the Ötztal
The possibilities in summer and the Ötztal are endless. The Ötztal extends over 67km and offers endless possibilities to experience your vacation day. Whether you are looking for relaxation or love adventure. Whether young or old, everyone will get their money's worth here.

The legend goes that the people of Ötztal got in line twice when the creator stepped in to distribute the beauties of nature. There is probably no other explanation for the fact that many of the superlatives of the vacation region Tyrol are concentrated at the far end of the Ötztal. The rest of Tyrol accepts with secret envy that the highest and most beautiful mountains are located here in the Ötztal Alps. The largest summer glacier skiing area is of course (!) in the Ötztal. Where is the highest inhabited church village in Austria? It is located in the rear Ötztal and is called Obergurgl. Where does the Stuibenfall, the highest waterfall in the country, plunge into the depths? In the Ötztal. And where is Austria's most modern and beautiful thermal spa? In Längenfeld in the Ötztal (the new Tirol thermal spa AQUA Dome in Längenfeld)! And a few more superlatives to sprinkle on top: the entire mountain range of the Ötztal Alps has around 250 three-thousand-meter peaks, 60 of which are over 3,400 meters high, the walking area measures no less than 2,500 km2, 1.300 kilometers of marked trails, 53 mountain huts, 21 mountain lakes, bike trails up to over 2,800 meters and, and, and...

Joy of snow and winter
The Ötztal is the longest side valley of Tyrol and therefore offers the right skiing for both beginners and professional skiers. In the ski areas Hochoetz, Küthai, Sölden and Obergurgl- Hochgurgl you can use over 300 kilometers of slopes. In the glacier area Tiefenbach- and Rettenbach snow is already guaranteed in the months before winter.
